Gus Tambunting issued a subpoena for an inquiry into alleged violations of Sonshine Media Network International, a medium used by KOJC. Failure to comply with the orders may result in actions for contempt, including possible arrest. Quiboloy has been urged to heed the subpoenas, with warnings issued regarding the consequences of non-compliance. The hearings come amid ongoing investigations into alleged abuses within the KOJC, with witnesses testifying to incidents of sexual abuse, forced labor, and other forms of mistreatment allegedly perpetrated by Quiboloy and other officials.
