Fire engulfed 8 stalls in front of Manaoag Church

The fire that broke out in front of the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag in Pangasinan destroyed eight commercial stalls selling religious articles. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries during the incident, according to Senior Inspector Virgilio Mamitag, the town’s fire marshal. The Bureau of Fire Protection responded promptly to the fire, with firefighters arriving at the scene in less than a minute after being notified. The fire was declared “fire out” around 11:45 p.m. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause and extent of the damage caused by the fire.
