Monica Regalario-Cacatian gained recognition for her skillful use of sand as an art medium, initially showcased on TV5’s “Talentadong Pinoy.” Her art is not only visually captivating but also serves to advocate for various causes, including gender equality and raising awareness about issues such as sexual violence and child abuse. Collaborating with her husband, multimedia artist John Cacatian, she shares her sand art creations on her YouTube channel.

For this campaign, Google also utilized Bard, its generative AI, to develop the script for the YouTube Shorts content, showcasing the responsible use of AI in content creation.

Mervin Wenke, head of Communications and Public Affairs at Google Philippines, emphasized Google’s commitment to promoting internet safety through initiatives like this collaboration.
