Diego Loyzaga confessed that Sofia Andres is his TOTGA

Diego Loyzaga recently opened up about his feelings towards Sofia Andres, admitting that she is his “the one that got away” (TOTGA). During an interview on Aiko Melendez’s YouTube vlog, Diego, who is making a comeback in showbiz after a hiatus, engaged in a game of Truth or Dare.

In the segment, Diego was prompted to choose his TOTGA among four actresses he was linked with: Barbie Imperial, Frankie Russell, Julia Montes, and Sofia Andres. Diego picked Sofia, his former onscreen partner in the 2017 drama “Pusong Ligaw.”

Diego candidly shared that he regrets a significant mistake he made during his relationship with Sofia, stating, “I made a really big mistake. I wish it didn’t happen… I was a kid. I was 20, 21 years old.” Though he did not specify the nature of the mistake, Diego expressed his happiness for Sofia’s current success and contentment in life.

Despite their past, Diego revealed that he hasn’t seen Sofia since their breakup, although he attempted to seek closure in 2018. Sofia is now in a relationship with non-showbiz boyfriend Daniel Miranda, a racecar driver, with whom she shares a daughter named Zoe.

Diego Loyzaga has also embraced fatherhood, welcoming a baby girl with his non-showbiz partner.
