Pop sensation Ariana Grande has enlisted the help of her “lifelong inspiration,” Mariah Carey, for a remix of her latest hit single, “Yes, And?” Released on January 12 as the lead track from her upcoming album “Eternal Sunshine,” the song has garnered widespread acclaim, topping charts worldwide and resonating with both critics and fans.

Accompanied by a Madonna-inspired music video, “Yes, And?” explores Ariana’s perspective on navigating public perceptions of her personal life, relationships, and appearance. The song’s success continues to soar, prompting Ariana to collaborate with Mariah Carey on a remix set to release on February 16.

In an Instagram post, Ariana expressed her gratitude to Mariah, describing her as “the one and only, queen of my heart, and lifelong inspiration.” Mariah reciprocated the sentiment, expressing excitement about joining Ariana on the remix and calling it a “magical moment.”

This collaboration marks a reunion for the two artists, who previously joined forces with Jennifer Hudson for the remix of Mariah’s holiday classic “Oh Santa!” in 2020. Both Grammy winners also shared the stage for a performance of the song last December.

Prior to “Yes, And?,” Ariana’s last solo release was from her sixth album, “Positions,” in 2020. However, she has since collaborated with various artists including The Weeknd, Demi Lovato, Kelly Clarkson, and Kid Cudi, showcasing her versatility and continued impact on the music industry.
