The Tagaytay Highlands raises the bar for summer festivities.

After a pandemic-induced lockdown, premier mountain resort Tagaytay Highlands is setting the bar for summer getaways with more offers for folks eager to break free and head for the great outdoors.

“It is now a much-touted recreational sanctuary where tranquility and adventure achieve a perfect balance,” stated Lennie Mendoza, SVP of Highlands Prime Inc., Tagaytay Highlands’ developer and a subsidiary of SM Prime Holdings. “Imagine a group of outdoor enthusiasts enjoying hiking, swimming, and trekking. Dads can spend time with their kids at the fishing pier, on the mountain estate’s bike trails, or even go go-karting.”

The Tagaytay Highlands provide a breathtaking view of Taal Lake. Laguna’s famous Mt. Makiling rises in the distance, while Canlubang Valley shimmers on the horizon.

Tagaytay Highlands Country Club, a three-level sports complex with a variety of pools, an indoor basketball and badminton court, a fully equipped gym, a tennis field, and a 14-lane bowling center, offers even more excitement.

Families who enjoy golf can visit Tagaytay Highlands’ top-rated golf courses, including the Tagaytay Highlands International Golf Club and Tagaytay Midlands Golf Club, which both feature championship-level layouts that blend well with the natural surroundings.

The Spa and Lodge, a two-level structure with 25 well-appointed suites, is where members and their guests can unwind after a day of indoor and outdoor activities. Spa services are available in an entire wing of treatment rooms, all set in the strong, aromatic wood scent of red cedar that pervades this mountain refuge.

Residents and their guests can also indulge their gastronomic preferences at Tagaytay Highlands’ various informal and iconic restaurants to cap off their summer of a lifetime.

All of this complements Tagaytay Highlands’ themed residential enclaves, inviting well-heeled Filipino families to settle down in their preferred secondary residence. From large cuts to iconic log cabins that recall Colorado’s mountain havens, as well as magnificent condominium units with their own world-class amenities, there’s something for everyone. Individuals who appreciate privacy, security, and exclusivity should not look for their premium residences elsewhere.

The recently received “Safety Seal” of the City Government of Tagaytay attests to Tagaytay Highlands’ dedication to safety and security for all of its members, residents, and visitors.

Highlands Prime has also been recognized one of CALABARZON’s Outstanding Developers for Open Market Projects for 2021 by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
