Sun Life Grepa and RCBC renew their partnership

Both companies recently renew their partnership 2011-established bancassurance relationship at a celebratory signing ceremony. Sun Life Grepa Financial Inc. and Rizal Commercial Banking Corp.
The recently renew their partnership, stressed by Sun Life Grepa and RCBC, intends to provide customers with financial advice and support, life and health insurance products, and insurance benefit choices. The relationship is centered on more innovative life insurance options as it aims to provide a better future for more Filipinos.
Numerous alliances with RCBC Bankard and the RCBC DiskarTech app will be launched in order to provide life insurance protection to Filipinos.
“Renewing and strengthening the successful bancassurance partnership of RCBC and Sun Life Grepa is not only an affirmation of a sustainable joint venture, but also an expression of commitment and service to the Filipinos as they navigate financial wellness and protection in this modern age,” said Richard Lim, president of Sun Life Grepa.
Eugene Acevedo, president and chief executive officer of the institution, said: “RCBC is honored to maintain the cooperation as the financial sector develops owing to technological innovation and increasingly exacting client expectations.”
He emphasized that “our past performance demonstrates that this strategic cooperation helps clients and greatly influences their lives in terms of financial wellbeing.”
According to the companies, since the formation of their initial bancassurance cooperation in 2011, they have reached a number of key milestones in their mission to broaden Filipinos’ access to financial protection products by using the RCBC network’s extensive national reach.

In addition to the bancassurance milestones, Sun Life Grepa and RCBC reported that the joint venture has insured 2.94 million lives and generated P82 billion in premium income over the last 10 years, securing Sun Life Grepa’s position as a significant life insurance company in the country with a product portfolio of more than 50 conventional and investment-linked offerings for individual and corporate clients.
