SHINE is a joint project between We-Ace and IBM

Gurgaon (Haryana) [India], March 28 (ANI/NewsVoir): We-Ace, a community-led skilling and mentoring platform for women, has announced the launch of a new program called SHINE in collaboration with IBM, a multinational technology company. The program has been specifically designed and curated to strengthen IBM executives’ leadership capabilities and to increase DiversityInclusion allyship. The goal of this one-of-a-kind program is to highlight the organization’s online presence in order to connect with female talent market professionals and embed their leadership brand into communities.

The campaign’s theme is SHINE for inclusion, which stands for:S – Strength of mindH – Progressive HabitsI – Ideate and InspireN – Navigate and NimbleE – Engage and empowerWomen professionals will be connected with IBM leadership through the SHINE campaign, which aims to bolster IBM’s DiversityInclusion agenda. We-Ace is energizing and expanding the program’s reach by connecting with over 1.5 million women through their communities and network partnerships.

Anuranjita Kumar, FounderCEO of We-Ace, stated about the program, “A more diverse and inclusive workplace is better able to reflect and understand the needs of its customers – half of whom are women, which leads to increased creativity, productivity, and has greater business impact.”
