Ninja Van created the full hybrid office
13 July 2022
Ninja Van’s chief commercial officer, Sabina Lopez-Vergara, claimed the business has a fully hybrid setup for its corporate headquarters. Sales, marketing, finance, and administration team members only physically report to work when necessary and work in accordance with the priorities and timetables of their respective teams.
In a media webinar titled “Hybrid Hustle: Redefining the New Normal,” Vergara stated that “our objective to make hassle-free deliveries feasible hinges on the hard work, skills, and enthusiasm of our people. We consistently hustle to guarantee that our employees grow and realize their full potential.”
To improve the experience for employees reporting on-site, Ninja Van Philippines has started remodeling its Makati office. It contains dedicated call booths for focused work, rest and shower spaces, workout equipment, and game nooks for improved work-play integration.
The business is leading the way in establishing the post-pandemic workplace. Redefining what it means to work in the new normal has become a priority for Ninja Van. Ninja Van works hard to improve for its staff, clients, and clients’ clients, from allowing hybrid work arrangements to continuously enhancing their digital skills connected to work processes.
To help shippers and customers receive hassle-free deliveries, Ninja Van is still dedicated to improving its methods of operation. A variety of people-oriented initiatives are designed to support staff collaboration, openness, and trust in addition to the full hybrid office physical upgrades. Ninja Van has introduced Ninja Clubs, allowing staff to create interest groups within the business and raise money for their initiatives.
The government has released policies on telecommuting and flexible work schedules, according to Charisma Satumba, executive director of the Institute of Labor Studies (ILS) of the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE), underscoring the importance of flexible work schedules for surviving the post-pandemic environment. If there is interest from both employers and employees, DoLE will continue to work with businesses across the nation to assist them in adopting alternative arrangements.
According to Ellen Fullido, president of the People Management Association of the Philippines, a positive work environment supports cooperation, flexibility, inclusion, and accountability while enabling employees to pursue work-life balance. She discussed people management and human resources trends that are intended to make organizations more adaptable to future upheavals.
She added that Ninja Van Philippines, which has historically drawn the best talent in the nation thanks to its vibrant and growth-oriented culture, is looking to expand its personnel in order to support its objectives in the face of the pandemic.
Ninja Van PH honors the individuals that contribute to its top-notch customer service.
In order to provide hassle-free deliveries for customers and shippers, the company keeps working hard at all levels of its organization, from operations and its thousands of riders across the nation to its different support staff at its corporate full hybrid office.
