Illo cuisine opens its first physical location and introduces new cuisine

Illo cuisine established its first physical store in BF Homes, Paranaque, after operating as a ghost kitchen or a delivery-only restaurant.

The brand’s business development director Mark Anthony Agapito and CEO and Chef N Rovillos told that they had a lot of requests from their customers, which is why they chose to open a physical store.

Drunken Mussel with Blue Cheese is a soup option. Children’s menu items include Sweet Spaghetti with Corndog and Southern Chicken with Rice.

The restaurant began with three employees and has since grown to over a hundred. The proprietors stated that their success is due to their staff.
