Illo cuisine established its first physical store in BF Homes, Paranaque, after operating as a ghost kitchen or a delivery-only restaurant.

The brand’s business development director Mark Anthony Agapito and CEO and Chef N Rovillos told that they had a lot of requests from their customers, which is why they chose to open a physical store.

“As the economy improves, more individuals are venturing out.” Yung iba gusto ng switch of scenery. Imagining mo naman dalawang taon kang na-stuck sa bahay, so gusto nilang lumabas na so dun kami nagkaroon ng change of heart na bakit hindi tayo mag-restaurant since yung mga tao hinahanap din kung kalian kami magkakaroon ng restaurant, so this is our Fajitas, Cheese Flautas, Chimichanga for appetizers, Asian with Kesong Puti Salad, and Seafood Jamabalaya Paella were among the new dishes introduced by Illo’s Home at their physical location.

Pesto Cream with Chicken, Agli Olio Seafood, and Vongole are among the pasta options. Ribeye Steak, Crackling Pork Belly, and Tuna Nicoise are among the main courses of Illo cuisine. Drunken Mussel with Blue Cheese is a soup option. Children’s menu items include Sweet Spaghetti with Corndog and Southern Chicken with Rice.

The restaurant began with three employees and has since grown to over a hundred. The proprietors stated that their success is due to their staff.

“Illo’s success is largely due to the folks who have been with us since the beginning.” “The first people that come to mind for us are the staff, not the clients,” Agapito explained.

“Mga dishwashers, mga nagtatrabaho sa kusina, ngayon sila na ang head chefs sa amin, sila yung natanggal noong pandemic.” The philosophy is “employees first,” because “happy staff will take care of the clients,” according to Rovillos.

Illo’s restaurant is definitely a must try food trip experience in South for Asian cuisine.00
