Flights from CEB back to South Korea

After a lengthy hiatus, CEBU Pacific (CEB) has resumed its international operations outside of Manila with the launch of its first direct international flights from CEB to Seoul.

The airline plans to operate the route on a weekly basis, specifically on Thursdays and Sundays. Flight 5J 128 from Mactan Cebu International Airport is scheduled to take off at 12:25 PM. and gets into Incheon International Airport at 6:10 o’clock in the evening. It is anticipated that the return flight, number 5J 129, will take off from Seoul at 6:55 p.m. and is scheduled to land in Cebu at 10:50 local time.

“We are excited about the prospect of gradually expanding our network outside of Metro Manila, both within the country and internationally. We are overjoyed to be able to resume operating this flight as we are aware that this heralds the beginning of an era in which our customers in the Visayas and Mindanao will have an easier time traveling internationally “Xander Lao, who serves as the chief commercial officer for CEB, stated.

There are 21 different domestic locations from which passengers can depart on a direct flight to Seoul, South Korea, which begins and ends in Cebu. Clark, Davao, Dumaguete, Puerto Princesa, and Zamboanga are just a few of the many cities that are included on this extensive list.

As a way to celebrate the launch of its first Cebu-Seoul flight, Cebu Pacific offered a free round-trip flights from CEB to Seoul to the passenger who was the first to check in online. This offer was valid for one full year.

When flying to Seoul, visitors who have been immunized against all necessary diseases and who have a negative Covid-19 test result obtained no more than 48 hours before departure, along with a current vaccination certificate and a filled-out foreigner registration card, are required to carry certain documents. On the CEB Travel Reminders page, passengers can find the most recent updates as well as detailed travel instructions to their destination.

CEB will not stop providing its guaranteed low fares in order to encourage more people to travel across the Philippines via its domestic network, which is the largest in the country. It maintains the use of a multi-layered approach to safety and employs a team that is one hundred percent fully immunized and of which 95 percent have received booster shots.
