With tremendous interest in this expo, a big number of Indian expats flocked to the ‘Danube Properties’ tent.
On day one of its participation in this expo, Danube sold out 100% of the inventory of Pearlz, which includes 300 residential units as well as a variety of retail and recreational amenities with a development value surpassing Dh300 million. Danube Properties has also recently completed the delivery of its ambitious ‘Lawnz’ project to its 1000+ property buyers.

Danube Properties has announced that it will supply fully furnished flats at ‘Pearlz’ to Indian purchasers who are interested in purchasing a second home in Dubai, making the deal even more profitable for Indian investors. The project will be built in the Al Furjan neighborhood, near the Ibn Battuta mall, with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Highway. The cheap homes come with Danube Properties’ industry-leading 1% payment plan, which makes it easy for middle-income tenants and end-users to get their ideal homes.
The Pearlz project’s standout features include foldable wall-mounted beds that, when suspended from the wall, transform the living area into a bedroom at night. A one-bedroom hall apartment becomes a two-bedroom apartment, while a studio becomes a one-bedroom apartment as a result of this. As a result, the consumer receives a two-bedroom apartment for the price of a one-bedroom. A three-bedroom apartment includes a private pool, three parking spaces, and a balcony, which are features not seen in most villas and townhouses.
Pearlz is the first real estate project to be opened in the UAE in 2022, and Danube Properties’ second project to be released within five months of the Dh475 million Skyz project in Arjan, which was inaugurated in October 2021.
