Incoming Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines, Endo Kazuya, is eager to embark on a “fruitful” collaboration with Filipinos as he prepares to assume his new role. His predecessor, Ambassador Koshikawa Kazuhiko, expressed his hopes for continued partnership with the embassy and Ambassador Endo. Endo, formerly the director-general of Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ International Cooperation Bureau, conveyed his excitement about meeting Filipino friends and experiencing the country’s vibrant culture.
