PNP Visayas apprehended individuals listed as fourth and sixth most wanted

On Valentine’s Day, law enforcement authorities in Isabela, Negros Occidental, Western Visayas, successfully apprehended two wanted individuals. One of them, a 19-year-old man, faced accusations of three counts of rape in Barangay 4 and was identified as the fourth most wanted person in the area. He was arrested under a warrant, with no bail recommended for his temporary release. Additionally, he is facing charges for violating Republic Act 9995, specifically Section 4(A) and Section 4(D) of the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.

In a separate operation, a 50-year-old man, ranked as the sixth most wanted, was apprehended in Barangay Cabcab. He faced allegations of three counts of qualified statutory rape. The arrest warrant against him was issued by the Regional Trial Court (RTC)-Branch 63 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, on February 6. Similar to the other suspect, no bail was recommended for his release.

Police Captain Ar-jay Dangarang, the Isabela police chief, highlighted that the successful apprehension of these individuals reflects their unwavering commitment to upholding justice and ensuring the safety of the community. The Police Regional Office (PRO)-Western Visayas reiterated their dedication to apprehending criminals and delivering justice to their victims.
