Megaworld builds upmarket homes in the Cavite area
27 May 2022
Megaworld builds its first upscale residential village within the 140-hectare Maple Grove township in General Trias, Cavite, which is being marketed as a “luxury resort-inspired community.”
Maple Grove Park Village is strategically located in the more secluded part of the township, according to Eugene Em Lozano, Megaworld’s first vice president of sales and marketing, “Megaworld builds to exclusivity and privacy while still allowing them to have access to all of the modern conveniences that the township has to offer.”
The 377 lots in the 22-hectare Maple Grove Park Village will range in size from 280 square meters to more than 500 square meters. By 2026, the lots will be ready for transfer to owners, and the project is estimated to earn P6.5 billion in revenue for the corporation.
Green and open space will be allotted to nearly 40% of the site. There will also be an underground cabling system with fiber-optic cable provisions.
Future residents will be welcomed into the Maple Grove Park Village clubhouse through an entry promenade garden with floating steps as they make their way to the numerous amenities inside.
A floating garden, an aromatic and sensory garden, an al fresco lounge deck, a wellness pool, pool deck with loungers, a lap pool with pool beds, a kids pool, a jacuzzi, a kid’s club and an outdoor kid’s play area, lawn areas, cabanas, and a barbecue and picnic area are among the amenities available. A meeting room, fitness gym, movement studio, massage room, steam room, and male and female changing rooms with lockers, toilet, and bath will also be available.
Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo (WATG), a global design firm, is responsible for some of the world’s most prestigious resort destinations, including Shangri-La Maldives, Sofitel Bali in Indonesia, Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, and Shangri-La Boracay and Hilton Manila in the Philippines.
Maple Grove township is home to residential condominiums, office buildings, a soon-to-be-built lifestyle mall, a transportation hub, and Cavite’s largest McDonald’s.
It’s roughly 30 to 45 minutes from Makati and Fort Bonifacio along the Coastal Road and the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX). Future road networks and significant infrastructure projects, such as the LRT-1 Cavite extension, the Sangley Point International Airport, the CAVITEX-CALAX link, the Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (CTBex), and the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge, would also be accessible.
